Highly recommended this place. Close to underground station (Killburn Park station). Breakfast is sufficient to start your day. Amenities store just opposite the hotel (supermarket) including fruit store. As titanium elite they recognised you and my meeting on last day went overtime so they approved me to check out at 5.30pm (normally Titanium only max 4 pm). Prior arrival, with Marriot apps, i use the function “chat with us”, the Marriot team answer all questions in the Apps to guide me arrive smoothly. Thank you and well-done. Great hotel either for business or leisure.

Doesn’t qualify as 4 stars or a Marriott property. For me and my family that’s the worst Marriott we visited. Location is good close to under and over ground and bus stations. Breakfast is modest, executive lounge food is the worst. Front desk staff lack customer service experience even while checking out no one asked how was your stay. Zero recognition for titanium members, not worth the money paid.

Comfy hotel but get off Kilburn Park station

Pretty good hotel, pretty close to Kilburn Park tube station (note: not Maida Vale station), about 10 min walk - when you exit the station, turn left and go up the gradual slope, then turn left at the traffic light. Keep walking, it’s past the library on your left. I got out Masada Vale station because I didn’t check in advance.. no biggie. A 15-20 minute walk if you don’t mind it. Check-in was alright. They put a hold on the cc for the 150 deposit. Room was paid up-front. 40 for early check-in. Room was clean and spacious enough for my needs. Because it was Easter weekend, got a few candies. They also provided a sheet to inform of daylight savings. Nice touch but environmental friendly? Would stay again.

Another great stay at the Maida Vale hotel thanks to Victoria and the rest of the team. My family and I stay often and always receive a warm welcome and are always extremely well looked after. In recognition of my husband's Platinum membership status, we were fortunate enough to get an upgraded room.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a Marriott Gold member. Pros: - Hotel is located in Zone 2 which is near enough to the central attractions. - There is an overground station Kilburn High that is 3 mins walk away and an underground station Kilburn Park that is 6 mins walk away. - There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the stretch of road, with the nearest being a Starbucks and a Tesco express. - Shower switch is located on the opposite end of the shower head, meaning you can turn on the water without getting wet first and slowly adjust the water temperature. Cons: - Replenishment of items such as towels and biscuits in the room were not consistent. Out of the 4 nights we stayed, there was 1 night where the biscuit were not replenished and 1 night where the hand towel were not replenished. - Hotel was relatively small when comparing against other Marriotts. - The main spiral door entrance was either closed or out of order thus we always had to use the side entrance by pushing the manual door open ourselves. Conclusion: Considering the price paid, we would expect more. Perhaps this is due to hotels in London itself being expensive. Service was fine but we had experienced other Marriotts that provided service above and beyond, thus the 4 star rating here.
